Fawcett/Dopke Agency has been providing the highest level of insurance sales and service in the Grand Traverse area for over 100 years, and is a full service insurance and risk management agency.

Fawcett/Dopke Agency has been included in the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) "Best Practices" study group. The annual survey and study of leading independent insurance agencies documents the business practices of these "best" agencies and urges others to adopt similar practices. In 2006, more than 900 independent agencies throughout the United States were nominated to take part in the annual study, but only 195 agencies qualified for the honor.
To be chosen, agencies have to be among the 30 top performing agencies in one of seven categories. Since 2001, Fawcett/Dopke Agency has been nominated and has qualified based on its outstanding customer services, growth, stability, and financial management.
